How does virtual coaching work?

Virtual Coaching is as easy as 1, 2, 3! All you need is a computer or phone and a video or voice chatting service of your choice.

How do we get started?

Get in contact via Email or Social Media of your choice, tell me a bit of what you are looking for and we can go from there.

Do I need my own equipment?

All coaching can be done by using just bodyweight without any equipment. If you have equipment already we can also use that as well. If you are looking for more resistance from just bodyweight, I recommend large and small fitness bands to start. They are versatile, affordable, effective, and easy to use!

Where will we be training?

The great thing about virtual coaching is it can be done wherever you want, whenever you want. Your living room, outside, home gym, or public gym. You name it, we can do it!

What is your Return/Refund Policy?

Ken Waters Fitness guarantees that if you put in the time and follow any workout plan/nutrition guide or coaching advice properly and consistently. You will achieve and maintain your fitness and health goals. Ken Waters Fitness will do everything to help you achieve your results however with any type of fitness or nutrition goals, effort is required on your end. Our return/Refund Policy is as follows:
- With all coaching if you need to reschedule your paid for sessions they can be used at a different time if rescheduled within a reasonable time frame beforehand (24 hours)
- All workout plans have 2 free edits if needed after payment. Any edits after that can be done for a fee of 30$
- There are no refunds issued for coaching, workout plans, or nutrition guides as everything is custom and many hours are put into ensuring you achieve your desired results.
